Over five months ago we hired miss Corryn V all the way in Mandan, ND. She was one of our first caregivers located out of our Hazen/Beulah area and she has been working hard since the beginning. She started full force with over 30 hours a week with one client and hasn’t stopped. Corryn has been one of our most reliable caregivers. She hasn’t missed one scheduled shift! She is someone who you can always count on to show up and help out almost anytime we need her to.
Corryn’s best moments with Home Instead clients have come when she can make a client happy despite the client’s challenges and circumstances. She knows how to keep a client safe and help them achieve independence as much as it’s possible. She knows that CAREGivers are meant to be there for their clients in whatever ways they need, and she demonstrates that daily. She also appreciates the importance of building close relationships with her clients. Corryn knows there are all different kinds of clients and challenges. She does both regular and fill-in shifts for Home Instead.
Now that we’ve been getting busier as a company, so has Corryn. She takes on part-time clients, along with her full-time client, and steps up when other clients are needing 2-person transfers and additional care. She is our yes girl! We are so proud to have her on our team. She has always provided great care and clients always enjoy having her.
