Vickie - Franchise Owner
Vickie has worked with seniors for over 10 years. Her passion for the population led her to opening Home Instead Albany in 2019, providing informed caregivers to those in need of assistance with staying as independent as possible in their current living environment. She is a self-proclaimed naturalist and fair-weather adventurer of the PNW enjoying hiking, kayaking, and traveling.
Chel - Services Coordinator
Michele has joined the Home Instead Team in 2020 and has 8 years experience as a Care Professional, and House Manager with Adult with intellectual and developmental disabilities in group homes. She has also worked with children with disabilities as well as play therapy groups. Now, being the Services Coordinator and working with clients and care professionals on their schedules, has been very rewarding. Finding that perfect match between client and care professional has been a goal so we have satisfied clients and care professionals who love what they do on a daily basis. The warmth and support I receive daily in our office, has been a true blessing. Best Team ever!
Sam- Community Relations Coordinator
Sam grew up in the small town of Southport, NC, and she moved to Albany with her family in 2023. After working in the culinary field as a pastry chef for 15 years, her heart was being pulled in a different direction. Sam was searching for a place where her heart and mind could work together to bring happiness to others. She began her Home Instead journey as a Care Pro in 2023 and shortly after with her lively energy and compassion towards seniors, she became the Community Relations Coordinator. In her spare time, she loves spending time with family, baking and working on puzzles.
