During the convention, our owner, Vicki, took a moment to reflect on her personal journey and the deep-rooted reason behind her dedication to caregiving. She shared with us the story of her mother, who was a caregiver herself more than 20 years ago. It was a powerful realization to witness her mother's transition from providing care to now receiving care.
