January 2022 Professional CAREGiver of the Month - Emily W.
Emily has been awarded CAREGiver of the Month for the Month of January 2022. She has been with our Home Instead Team since February 2021.
Emily has been one of our CAREGiver Mentors and is the Lead CAREGiver for her primary clients. She leads her clients care team focusing on communication between other CAREGivers, our office and the client's family. She also trains CAREGivers, provides medication administration, oversees her clients care plans and coordinates the care plan with the care team. Emily is a Specialized CAREGiver and helps provide on-the-job training and shadowing for CAREGivers providing Hospice and Alzheimer's Care.
We can always depend on Emily to pick up extra shifts and come in on her days off. She is dependable, caring, passionate, and an amazing asset to our team!
