October 2022 CAREGiver of the Month - Robin L
We are proud to announce Robin Lambert as our October CAREGiver of the Month! Robin has been with Home Instead since March of 2022. She has been a caregiver for 5 years starting when she was only 15 years old! Robin watched her mother be a caregiver and knew that she wanted to help people just like her mom does. She helped care for her grandfather when she was younger and after that she knew this was the career for her. Robin’s favorite part of being a CAREGiver is creating a bond with her clients. She loves listening to their own personal history and how it interweaves with our history as a nation. In Robin’s free time she just can’t stop helping seniors! She volunteers at her church by helping senior’s keep their houses clean. During the short amount of time she’s not helping others Robin loves hiking especially in the Southwestern U.S. Robin is our October CAREGiver of the month due to her exceptional communication regarding client’s condition, calm demeanor in stressful situations, and the client centered care she provides everyday.
