March 2022 CAREGiver of the Month - Tina R
We are proud of announce Tina R as our March CAREGiver of the Month! Tina has been with Home Instead since February of 2022. Before joining our team, Tina had some experience working in long term care facilities and taking care of her own loved ones. However, her passion was in child care and she even ran her own daycare business for 5 years! After that, Tina had a calling from God to become a CAREGiver! She knew she wanted to help people, and then she found Home Instead! Tina’s favorite part of being a CAREGiver is building a relationship with her clients. She says the key to building a relationship with your clients is to show them you are listening to them. She loves to talk with clients about their families and look at pictures with them. When Tina isn’t building strong relationships with her clients, she’ll most likely be spending time with her daughter Emmary or corralling the rest of her kids! Tina is our March CAREGiver of the month due to her ability to connect with her clients, ability to deal with tough situations, and her communication with the office. Thank you Tina!
