September 2021 CAREGiver of the Month - Pam W
Pam W has been with Home Instead since June of 2018 and is one of our most tenured CAREGivers. Pam is happily married, has 3 sons, 5 step children, and cares for her 85 year old mother. She is particularly dedicated to her clients and never calls off. Pam is consistently able to connect with her clients in such a way that she can change their lives in a positive way. Pam has gone so far as to reschedule her personal vacations in order to ensure her clients needs are being met.
Pam loves learning new things. She has a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership, 4 medical diploma's, and Accounting and Bookkeeping diploma’s. As if this were not impressive enough she is currently working on 2 additional courses to further her education.
Pam is September CAREGiver of the month due to her dedication towards her clients as well as touching client’s lives in ways others are not able to. Thank you for making a difference Pam!
