In November, we proudly highlight Lakenya as our Care Professional of the Month. Although new to our Home Instead family, Lakenya's light and sweet personality have not gone unnoticed, taking senior caregiving in Brookville to the next level with her wonderful and seriously compassionate approach.
From the very start, it was evident that Lakenya would be a great addition to our team. Despite having limited experience, she fearlessly embraced the challenges. Fresh out of orientation and training, Lakenya was placed with a client requiring a high level of care due to ALS. Her cheerful and enthusiastic attitude radiated through the home, creating an atmosphere of positivity and comfort.
Lakenya's dedication to providing excellent elder care exceeded expectations, proving that experience is not a barrier when compassion is at the forefront. Her energy and commitment to her role make her a rising star within Home Instead.
Outside of her caregiving role, Lakenya finds joy in painting, going to the park with her children, and spending quality time with her pets.
