Gadsden June 2021 Professional CAREGiver of the Month - Jessi F.
Meet Jessi F., the June Professional CAREGiver of the Month for Gadsden! Jessi comes to us from the service industry but wanted to move away from waitressing into something where she could help others. After taking the Enneagram Personality Test and being identified as a Helper, she decided she wanted to be a caregiver. Jessi comes from a caregiving family, as her foster mother was a caregiver in Colorado. Jessi has lived in Jacksonville, AL for four years and has been with Home Instead for one. She say’s it’s more fulfilling than any other work she’s done.
When Jessi is not giving her all at work, she likes to paint or draw. You may also find her in the outdoors hiking or snuggling with her striped cat, Bootsie. Her favorite restaurant is Rock & Roll Sushi and loves to bake peanut butter cookies with chocolate chips. Jessi’s supervisor says, “All of her clients adore her and the compassion she has for caring for others. She builds trust with the office staff by always being dependable, going the extra mile, or just stopping by to see if we need anything”. We are lucky to have Jessi here at Home Instead and we hope she continues to grow with us for many years to come!
