Our team at Home Instead of Lakeland is always excited to get out in the community and share our expertise with home care and health. We recently had the privilege of setting up a booth and participating in the Wellness Fair at St. Joseph Catholic Church. The event featured health screenings and offered information on a variety of health topics. Attendees also had the chance to explore various services available in Polk County and learn how to access them.
At our table, we set up a small Be a Santa to a Senior tree adorned with gift tags, each bearing gift requests from local seniors. This initiative offers a chance for individuals and families to embrace the spirit of giving. Participants can select a tag, purchase the requested gift, and return it to a designated collection box.
