Team member Leslie

Leslie Russo, Franchise Owner

Leslie Russo, from Alabama, with 20 years of management experience was looking for an opportunity to have an impact on her local community. She was drawn to Home Instead Senior Care because of their commitment to caring for seniors and helping them age in their homes. As owner of the Hampton Bays office she loves what she does, and is very passionate about the work she has yet to accomplish in the future. Leslie is also very involved with various community organizations. When not working, Leslie likes to spend time with her beautiful daughter, family and friends.

Beth Ann Long- Client Care Coordinator

Beth Ann Long, Client Care Coordinator

Beth Ann Long joined the Home Instead Team in 2011 as the Client Care Coordinator. She brings 38 years of experience to our agency as a Geriatric Social Worker. She is specialized as a discharge planner and has worked in several rehab facilities, where she was responsible for arranging home care plans and community supportive services. Beth Ann has a great understanding of the issues that affect our seniors at home. As the Client Care Coordinator, Beth Ann assists with Service Inquiries and provides Quality Assurance home visits to ensure our clients are satisfied with the services they are receiving. Beth Ann also assists with our continuing education and training of our caregivers to assure that they are providing the best possible care to our clients.

Team member Brittany

Brittany Wish, Office Manager

Brittany Wish joined us in March of 2017 as our Schedule Coordinator. She has proven to be a quick learner with a passion for success and a caring attitude, which lead to her promotion to Office Manager in 2020. Brittany developed her people skills working as a personal assistant to a high-end retail owner, traveling between New York, Florida and Puerto Rico. Her communication skills allow her to build relationships with both the CareGivers and the clients. In her role as Office Manager, Brittany is Leslie’s right hand and also works closely with Lynsay to assist with scheduling and with Beth Ann for client relations to ensure all of our clients have the best possible care. Her solution-based attitude, along with her kindness and compassion will make your experience with Home Instead a positive one.

Brittany is from the East End of Long Island, where she graduated high school and went to college locally where she received her degree. When she's not working she likes to sit on the beach and spend time with family, friends and her dog. Brittany loves to travel, explore novel places and see the world.

Team member Lynsay

Lynsay Halikias, Schedule Coordinator

Lynsay Halikias joined our team in 2013 as a Caregiver. She joined our office team as of 2019. Her role is pivotal, and she works tirelessly to perform it well. Having been a caregiver herself, Lynsay brings sensitivity and empathy to her role as a scheduler. Lynsay works closely with Beth Ann, our Client Care Coordinator, to ensure clients have a positive experience and are content and comfortable with the assistance they are receiving. When Lynsay is not scheduling she is spending time with her three wonderful children and husband. Lynsay is a real asset to Home Instead!

Susan Kavanagh, Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator

Susan started as a Caregiver with Home Instead Senior Care in August 2020 and joined the office staff in January 2021. Her professional background includes management and HR. Her positive attitude coupled with her bast experience has truly made her a real asset to Home Instead! Susan loves a good cause and is always on board to help out. She is a proud mother of two sons and loves spending time with her family and friends.
