Our team at Home Instead of Lebanon, TN was so happy to celebrate the outstanding volunteers and partners of Wilson Rides Inc. Everyone met at Lebanon Golf & Country Club for some great food, delightful conversation, and special recognition for giving their time and so much more throughout the year. This organization is so important to the community that we serve, so these people really deserve our appreciation. Thank you to all of you for the hard work you put in to make this service a success.
Wilson Rides was founded by our Home Instead owner, Maggie Lea, so it definitely has a special place in our hearts. Maggie noticed there was an opportunity to improve the lives of seniors by providing a service that had been overlooked. Many seniors can't or don't want to drive so Wilson Rides connects them with one of several volunteer drivers to fill in the gap of other transportation services. Thanks to this amazing organization, seniors in our community can enjoy worry-free, safe travel to local destinations.
Home Instead regularly participates in charity and volunteering events around Lebanon, TN. For example, we will partner with the community to donate gifts to seniors during the holiday season for Be a Santa to a Senior. We also participate in the Walk to End Alzheimer's and other local events that benefit the seniors in our communities! It is truly a blessing to engage with the community and also provide a helpful service as we continue to provide the best home care in Lebanon, TN.
