Are you recovering from an acute illness or injury? We can help you or your loved one through the recovery process, often eliminating the need for a stay at rehab. We provide recovery support for a variety of acute conditions. From pneumonia and the flu, to broken bones and joint replacements, our specialized Care Plan, combined with the TLC from our skilled Care Professionals, is sure to get you back up and running in no time.

Being discharged from a hospital or rehab? Our knowledgeable Client Care Coordinator will meet with your discharge planner to ensure that your Care Plan is designed to safely get you back to independence. We offer assistance with bathing, dressing, transfers & mobility, as well as medication reminders, meal preparation and light housekeeping. Whether you need someone to go through your PT exercises with you, accompany you to a doctor's appointment, or pick up a prescription, we have you covered.

We understand the many challenges that often accompany a chronic illness and are here to help. Our Care Professionals have provided support to those with conditions including, but not limited to, ALS, Arthritis, Cancer, Congestive heart failure, COPD, Diabetes, Kidney Disease (with and without dialysis), Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s, Depression, and Failure to Thrive.

Offering all of the support found within our Homemaking & Personal Care service, we can also help manage doctor's appointments, scheduling of visiting nurse services, physical therapy and occupational therapy services and medication refills. Having an experienced Care Professional in place helps eliminate hospital re-admissions, keeping you home where you want to be.

While 24 Hour Home Care and Live-In Home Care have many similarities, there are also distinct differences. Both offer assistance with bathing, dressing, mobility, transfers, meal prep, medication reminders, light housekeeping and more. With 24/7 home care, we have multiple shifts scheduled each day (an example would be 7a-3p, 3p-9p, and 9p-7a). Having multiple shifts ensures that you have an awake and alert Care Professional available to help with your needs 24/7.

For a Care Professional to be able to safely provide services in a live-in situation, they must be able to get eight hours of uninterrupted sleep each night, in a separate room. This gives them the clarity needed to safely provide care and to assist as needed in managing the household.

24 Hour Home Care & Live-In Home Care
