Mr Prabhakar Reddy Kasu

President

Reddy spent more than 30 years in leadership roles for fortune 500 companies across the United States, he has been part of  Microsoft (Seattle), GE, Accenture, and Thomson Reuter's (New York)  in Senior Leadership Roles.

He is a passionate, strategic executive with proven expertise in crafting strategies for growth, building cross-functional teams, forging partnerships, building relationships with clients, and speaking at industry events. Reddy is an Engineer and holds a Master's degree from Rutgers University, NJ.

When his mother was diagnosed with Schizophrenia and needed help in many ways, he knew what seniors go through and how much its important to care for them. That's when he decided not to let go of the opportunity but to grab the Skippack, PA, Franchise. 

His passion to care for Senior citizens and Veterans got him to Home Instead. He has high regard for the senior citizens and would want to give his best for the community. Reddy has a son and his wife is also the co-owner at the Skippack franchise. She holds Masters's in Business administration with dual specialization in IT and Human Resources and engages herself with the community by offering services to Citizen Police Academy in every state that she lived in. Reddy's son comes with strong family values and the family is committed to caring for the senior citizens.

Jyothsna Reddy Kasu

Vice President

Jo has a Master's degree and is also an Author, she writes books on the latest emerging digital technologies. Her books are released on Amazon and she continues to write books and white papers on the latest trending technologies. She is highly energetic and curiosity-driven and took on challenges across start-ups and large businesses in helping them build organizational processes and cultures that enable growth and excellence.

With over 20 years of progressive, enriching experience across Consulting, IT/ITES, Manufacturing, and Electronics industry verticals she brings sharp analytical skills combined with attention to detail in planning and executing projects, managing risks, and collaborating across team/ organizational boundaries.

She has made significant contributions to building and grooming talent during the rapid growth phase at multiple organizations during her earlier roles in Human Resources.

She was Director - Human Resources in the Healthcare industry until she joined GE Healthcare and met her husband. She volunteered to help local police departments and gained an appreciation letter and got certified - at Cary Citizen Police Academy. 

She draws inspiration from her father who was a Plastic Surgeon (M.Ch) and comes with a lot of compassion for the seniors and veterans. She has been volunteering for many senior care homes from an early age along with her father. She believes that happiness at home comes from being a great strength and support to the family.

Patty Roxberry

General Manager

Patty joined the Skippack team as their Senior Care Manager and was promoted to General Manager soon after. She is a graduate of Philadelphia University, studying Leadership in Emergency Management and Services. She holds a Personal Care Home Administrator license through PA state and is an advocate for all things veterans. She spearheaded the Vet-to-Vet program here in our Skippack Home Instead office and has been educating the community extensively of VA benefits for Home Health Care Services. She has innate altruistic quality that enhances her abilities to help others. She volunteers as a judge of elections for Montgomery County and for Operation Homefront. Her advocacy for veterans is a personal one, her husband is a disabled combat vet, and she is always looking for ways to support and recognize his needs. Patty has one daughter who is stationed in Arizona with her airman husband. She also is a first-time grandmother to Chase.  On her down time, she enjoys, reading, walking, and cooking exotic foods.

Keya Singleton

Office and Engagement Coordinator

Keya has been with the Skippack office since 2022 and has grown into multiple roles. She is a recent graduate of Strayer University with her Bachelor of Science where she majored in Business Administration with a Concentration in Healthcare Management. Before joining Home Instead, Keya held caregiver roles and is trained through the state of PA to “train the trainer” for facilities. With this additional training it has equipped her with ensuring our caregivers are prepared to safely and confidently provide services for our clients.  As Keya’s responsibilities evolved, so did her knowledge of Homecare. She is a subject matter expert in Long Term Care Insurance, VA processes, Accounting and Community Outreach and Recruitment. Keya has two children and finds the time to attend all her daughter’s extracurricular activities. She also is a volunteer coach for track and field. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking and vacationing.

Cyra MacTurk

Schedule Coordinator

Cyra joined the Skippack Home Instead team as a caregiver and recently left the field to join us here in the office. She was drawn to caregiving because at a young age she was responsible for taking care of her grandfather who suffered from dementia. This experience propelled her into caregiver roles and her experience made her an expert in educating our caregivers on redirecting techniques and de-escalation for dementia clients.  Cyra’s role is pivotal, and she performs tirelessly with accuracy in assigning caregivers perfectly to our clients. Cyra assists with our annual continuing education for our caregivers to ensure that they provide the best possible care to our clients. On her down time, she enjoys spending time with her twin Cierra and grandmother. Her goal is to finish nursing school and continue to give back to her community.
