Meet the January Professional CAREGiver of the Month William DeShields. William has worked in In Home Care for years and is thankful to be at Home Instead because of how he is respected and valued. William is a senior himself and a hard worker. He is such a dedicated employee, he even hated to miss when he had to be off work during recovery from surgery. William simply does enjoy being around people and making a difference. He makes an honest connection with each client he serves.
