At Home Instead, we work with many exceptional organizations. For years, we have proudly supported the Alzheimer's Association of the Delaware Valley through initiatives like the Walk to End Alzheimer's and various donations throughout the year. This month, we're shining a spotlight on them and the vital work they do.
The Delaware Valley Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association is dedicated to serving those affected by Alzheimer’s disease across the greater Philadelphia area, the Lehigh Valley, Southern New Jersey, and Delaware. As the leading source of information and support, this chapter assists over 489,000 residents living with Alzheimer’s and their 809,000 caregivers. They offer a wide range of free programs and services, advocate for those in need, and contribute to critical research on Alzheimer's and dementia.
Alzheimer's Association Delaware Valley serves 18 counties:
- Delaware: New Castle, Kent and Sussex
- Southern New Jersey: Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester and Salem
- Southeastern Pennsylvania: Berks, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Lehigh, Montgomery, Northampton, and Philadelphia
