This year, we’re delighted to nominate Mary! If Mary is selected as the regional Care Pro of the Year, she’ll be invited to our annual convention where she will be recognized in front of the entire Home Instead family.
Mary joined us three years ago, initially looking for a way to stay busy after retiring from a full-time career as a hairdresser. She brought her vibrant, engaging personality to every client she served.
Her approach to care goes beyond just fulfilling the needs of her clients. She listens actively, communicates clearly with families and medical professionals, and adapts her care to each client. Mary builds strong relationships with her clients, like her current client John, whom she affectionately calls her "work husband.
Even as Mary faces personal challenges, she continues to provide the best home care in Sewell, NJ. Her strength in balancing her personal and professional life inspires us all.
