Get ready for this month's Memory Cafe, held on the first Monday of every month from 1-2 pm at Reveille Cafe. This unique event provides a relaxed social gathering for individuals living with early memory loss and their care partners, offering a chance to enjoy regular, social interaction in a safe, judgment-free, and welcoming environment.
A Memory Cafe allows those living with early memory loss or cognitive decline to enjoy the company of others and step out of isolation. By providing safe interactions in a public setting, Memory Cafes help diminish the stigma around memory loss.
At our Memory Cafe, attendees benefit from social interaction outside of the home, creating friendly connections, having meaningful conversations, and sharing meals. As we strive to provide the best home care in Port Townsend, WA, we will continue to host events like the Memory Cafe to support seniors in our community. We hope to see you there on Monday, June 3rd, at the Reveille Cafe (210 Battery Way, Port Townsend, WA).
