May is here so that means another exciting day at the Home Instead Memory Cafe. Our Memory Cafe occurs every 3rd Wednesday of the month. We invite you to join us on Wednesday, May 15th, from 1:30 pm to 3:00 pm at the Big Elk Restaurant (707 E. Washington St., Sequim, WA). This gathering is designed for individuals living with memory loss and their care partners to engage socially and enjoy companionship, activities, and good food in a safe and relaxed setting.
This free event offers a unique opportunity for individuals with dementia-related diagnoses, mild cognitive impairment, or concerns about memory loss, along with their family members and care partners, to come together in a welcoming atmosphere. The cafe provides a space to interact, share experiences, and find support without judgment. Attendance is free but there will be food and drinks to purchase.
As we strive to provide the best home care in Sequim, WA, we will continue to promote events like the Memory Cafe, creating a sense of normalcy and connection for seniors and their loved ones.
