October 2024 Caregiver of the Month: Bethany
Congratulations, Bethany, our October 2024 Caregiver of the Month!!
Bethany has brought a quiet joy and a heart full of giving. After 15 years of Caregiving, she has brought her love for the job to us here at Home Instead, and for the last four months, she has constantly taken the initiative when it comes to her clients' care. She enjoys her daily tasks with clients, from great conversation to playing piano. A fun fact she likes to share is her knowledge of the language Cebuano, which she learned while living in the Philippines years ago.
While she shares her heart with her clients, she is a mother of two, as she says, “very cute” kids. In her free time, you could find her adventuring in her kayak or reading a book.
Thank you, Bethany, for sharing your caring heart with our community and with us!!

Originally from the California coast, she has been in Sequim for over a year now and enjoys crocheting, photography and reading a good book. But when it comes to her clients, her mission is to bring them as much joy as possible. Whether it's through something simple like a drive around town, or taking them out for their favorite food, her giving nature always brings their spirits up.
Thank you, Alexis. For sharing your caring heart with our community and with us!!

Some may not know this, but her loving nature extends to her 5 cats as well as to her clients. While she’s been living in Washington for almost 30 years, her time as a caregiver at Home Instead the last 1.5 years has been dedicated. Despite having a disability, she finds her way of giving back and gives her clients, and our office staff, something to look forward to with every visit.

April 2021 CAREGiver of the Month: Tanya
Tanya has been in the caregiving field for almost 5 years and we have been fortunate to have her as a bright star in our Home Instead family for 9 months. She says that ever since she was little all she has wanted to do was help people. And with every interaction she has with her clients, that passion shines through. Tanya’s caring heart very quickly makes her clients and their families feel at ease knowing they are in good hands. Some of her favorite activities with her clients include talking and learning more about them and their history, crocheting, working together on projects, and just hanging out. Originally from Texas, Tanya has been enjoying exploring the Olympic Peninsula and spending time with her family and cat Mittens since moving to Port Angeles several years ago.
Thank you Tanya for sharing your caring heart with our community and with us!!
