Heather has been our On Call Supervisor for the past 3 years. Her dedication to doing overnight, as well as weekend, on call support has been a blessing to our company! If you have ever needed to call after hours or on weekends to get support, you know how beneficial it has been to have a kind heart and a listening ear on the other end of the phone to respond to your needs or the needs of the client.
We are grateful for her years of dedication while working in other professions during the day and being the on-call at night, while also taking care of her family. Thank you Heather - we appreciate all you do!
