Bob is passionate about providing exceptional care for seniors and being an employer of choice for our Home Instead team. As the Owner of Home Instead, he leads a team of dedicated office staff and care professionals focused on providing reliable, quality care. He is actively engaged by meeting with prospects, clients, and our partners. He empowers the team to ensure we find premium care for clients. He loves his family, sports, cooking, and giving back to the community. 

Latasha has been in the health care field for over 15 years. Most of her career has been in hospitals, long term care facilities and Assisted Living. Latasha is the Home Instead Office Manager and oversees the daily operations of the office. She enjoys building and maintaining relationships with caregivers and clients.  

Latasha enjoys traveling with her family, photography, and learning about new cultures. She believes that the key to happiness: is to love your family, work hard, and live your passion. 

Being a nurse was Dawn's calling from a very young age. Having accomplished that goal, Dawn spent 20+ years gathering hospital experience. She decided to transition into home care couple of years ago. She is married for 23+ years and has five beautiful children, who continue to amaze her every day. She loves to stay active and spend time outdoors. She also loves to sing and dance in her car!

Liz has been a Registered Nurse for nearly 17 years, working most of her career with the senior population. She loves working at Home Instead because of the camaraderie with her colleagues and the interaction with her clients and their families.  Liz is an avid hiker, exercise fanatic and enjoys gardening, cooking, and spending time with her friends and family. 

Lynn is a Registered Nurse who has been working with seniors for 18 years in Home Care. Lynn enjoys teaching caregivers, clients, and their families. She enjoys spending time with her family, shopping, walking her dog and traveling. 

Lucy has been in the Childcare industry for 12 years and has recently shifted over to Senior Care. Caring is a part of who she is. As the Client Care Coordinator, Lucy loves connecting with families and connecting them with a care professional that they enjoy spending time with. Someone who listens to them and makes them feel seen and heard is important to everyone, but especially important to elderly people. Essentially becoming a family member to that household.  

When not at work, Lucy loves to spend time with her husband and 3 boys; reading, cooking, exercising, traveling, and volunteering. 

Odessa was born in Georgetown, Guyana and grew up in Central New Jersey with her family. She has been a recruiter in healthcare for 7 yrs. She loves connecting with people and building long successful partnerships. As the Recruiting Coordinator, Odessa has a passion for helping individuals gain employment and to be able to share their heart with our clients. As a diversity champion, Odessa’s is personally obligated to build an inclusive team that ensures all our care professionals feel a sense of belonging and support from our organization. Odessa concludes the one way to happiness is to cease worrying about things which are beyond the power of our will.
