She spent much of her childhood on the farms of her grandparents where she developed a profound love and respect for the unique wisdom and perspectives of the elderly in her life. As a teen and young adult, she witnessed firsthand how Alzheimer's, and other aging factors, can impact an entire family. She also experienced the immense value a loving care professional outside of the home could bring to those caring for their loved ones inside the home. She has known she was born to nurture and care for others from a very young age. She feels blessed to have stayed home for 23 years raising and loving on her three amazing (now grown) children. Because she still has so much love and care left to give to others, she feels incredibly proud to now work for a company that provides the very care that once added so much value to the lives of her grandparents. She loves encouraging others in life and feels honored to support the wonderful Care Pros here at Home Instead. In her free time, she loves to go on coffee dates with her husband, spend time with her kids and grand- pups, listen to Taylor Swift, and snuggle with her Shih-Tzu, “Chewie” while watching true crime documentaries.
