October's theme for Care Pro of the month is “Like a crystal ball”! This highlights the Care Pros that are like magic. Anticipating the needs of their clients, exceeding expectations and having an attitude of service. Kat is the perfect example of a veteran Care Pro who uses her "crystal ball" to predict the wants and needs of her clients. She has been a great advocate for her clients during big life changes and we couldn’t be more proud! Before she became a Care Pro she was working within the Colorado school district. When Kat isn’t working you can find her crafting, grooving to her favorite songs, bowling and spending quality time with her family This September Kat celebrated her 7th year with Home Instead as well as 43 years of marriage. Everyday she continues to give 100% to her clients and were so glad to have her apart of our team! Keep up the great work Kat! You are appreciated!
