Brendan Kenny, Owner
Brendan and his wife Sarah purchased the Home Instead Senior Care franchise that serves Beaver and Butler Counties in 2018. Prior to working with Home Instead, Brendan was in Investment Management for 25 years. Home Instead has been caring for our clients in Beaver and Butler Counties since 2004. It is a true privilege to help our Seniors live with dignity and independence in their own homes. Brendan and Sarah have two children and enjoy spending time together as a family.
Janelle Almond, Recruiter
Janelle came to Home Instead as a CAREGiver in 2015 and developed a love for the difference home care makes in the lives of our clients. After spending some time as a Staffing Coordinator she moved into the Recruiter role. Now she enjoys hiring and equipping our caregivers to do this important work. Janelle loves listening to and making music, time spent outdoors, and keeping active in her local community.
Ann Erdner, Senior Client Care Coordinator
Ann joined our Home Instead Senior Care Team as our Client Care Coordinator in August 2018. Prior to coming on board with us she had worked for over 20 years in Long-Term Care Pharmacy including 10 years as the operations coordinator.
Her desire to assist families is very personal to her. In 2014 her father had a stroke that changed his entire way of living. Her sister has taken on the responsibility of primary care for him which is such a blessing. Through this process Ann realized the value of having a Care Professional provide support to her sister and to others in similar situations. This started her search for a more meaningful career path in home care. Ann accepted this position with enthusiasm to truly make a difference in the lives of families caring for their loved ones.
Ann enjoys spending time with family. She also enjoys time spent at the beach, listening to music, crafting and helping others.
Maggie Kline, Client Care Coordinator
Maggie Kline has recently joined our team with Home Instead as Client Care Coordinator. With previous experience in healthcare and hospice, Maggie brings with her a sense of empathy and compassion to all of those who are seeking help and care in the home. She will be an advocate in providing awareness and understanding of services we offer to our clients, caregivers, healthcare professionals, as well as members of our community. While not working Maggie enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters and playing with her dog Jasper.
