JenniferBassett

Jennifer Bassett - President of Operations

Jennifer Bassett is co-owner of Home Instead Senior Care in Hot Springs, Hot Springs Village, and Benton, AR. Jennifer also works as President of Operations for Home Instead Senior Care in Little Rock and Searcy, AR. Jennifer serves as a contributing member of the Home Care Association of America and is on the Board of Directors for the local Home Care Association of Arkansas. Originally from Omaha, Nebraska, Jennifer moved to Hot Springs Village in May 2017 to pursue her passion of owning her own business while serving a mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults and their families. Jennifer works to educate professionals, families, and communities on issues older adults face. She has a special passion for helping families navigate the challenges of dementia caregiving and connecting them with valuable resources. Jennifer is a local resident of Hot Springs Village and is happily married with three children who attend Fountain Lake.

Kandy Gould - General Manager

Kandy Gould is the General Manager and helps lead her team to achieve the best quality of care to our seniors and caregivers. Kandy believes that she can help with providing valuable resources to the aging population by gaining trust and building relationships. Kandy has five years of prior work experience in the Home Health industry. Her experience includes: Customer Service, Scheduling, HR duties, Medical Records, and Receptionist. Cindy Hollingsworth - Care Pro Training & Engagement Coordinator

Cindy Hollingsworth started working at Home Instead as the Administrative Assistant in before transitioning to our Care Pro Training & Engagement Coordinator.  Her main job responsibilities of her position include maintaining current and accurate documentation, providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office, also exhibiting polite and professional communication.  She attended the American InterContinential University (AIU) were she obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration Management also a Human Resource Management degree.  Cindy was born and raised in Arkansas. She is married to her husband, Chris, and they have five children, three of which they adopted out of the foster care system.  Cindy has one granddaughter (Alayna) whom she loves spoiling.  Also, she enjoys a variety of outdoor activities with her family. Alex Hughes - Director of Community & Client Care

Alex Hughes previously worked for an assisted living facility for 16 years before joining Home Instead as our Director of Community & Client Care. His goals are to be a better version of himself each day and to be a leader in the community he serves. Audra

Audra Munroe: Client Care Coordinator

Audra Munroe has previously worked in Long Term Care for the past 23 years, starting as a CNA and obtaining her LPN in 2005. She has experience ranging from bedside care, wound care, Medicaid and Medicare billing to Assist Director of Nursing. Her goal as Client Care Coordinator is to bring her years of experience to the team to provide the absolute best care for the seniors in our community by evaluating their needs and setting up plans of care that allow them to enjoy being able to stay in their homes. Audra was born in Memphis, TN, but has been a resident of Hot Springs since 2002. When she is not working, her time is devoted to her daughter, Kahlyn and her fur babies Popcorn, Mango and Hank. They all enjoy lake days and trips to the beach.

Bobbie Gail - HR Generalist

Bobbie Gail joined Home Instead in July 2024 as an HR Generalist, bringing a wealth of experience and a passion for helping others. With 25 years of dedicated caregiving experience, Bobbie has a deep understanding of the needs and challenges of the aging population. Her extensive background also includes 15 years of bookkeeping for small companies and 6 years in social services, where she provided employment support, education, and resources to individuals and families in need. Bobbie's academic background in small business management has been instrumental in helping to start and grow several small businesses. In her current role, she is excited to provide employment opportunities, support employees in their success, and continue making a positive impact on the aging community. In her free time, Bobbie enjoys swing dancing, crafting, traveling, hiking, fishing, and camping. She recently bought land on Lake Catherine, where she plans to build her dream home and spend quality time with her children and grandchildren.

Rondah Williamson - Caregiver Mentor

With 20 years of experience in caregiving and administrative assistant roles, Rondah Williamson brings a wealth of knowledge and compassion to her position as a Caregiver Mentor. Originally from Natchez, Mississippi, Rondah has a deep-rooted passion for helping others and has spent her career supporting individuals in need. Beyond her professional life, Rondah is a dedicated mother of two beautiful children. In her free time, she enjoys spending quality moments with family and friends, exploring unique destinations on motorcycle trips, and nurturing her garden. Rondah's warm personality and diverse interests make her a valued member of the team and a cherished mentor to her peers.
Carrie Hankins

Carrie Hankins - Financial Director

Originally from Beebe, Arkansas Carrie earned her Doctorate of Pharmacy at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences before becoming a pharmacist. With over 25 years of experience working with home health patients, Carrie was drawn to Home Instead by our mission for keeping seniors comfortable in their homes, and her passion for helping people. Hannah Humphreys - Corporate Director of Service Coordination

Hannah Humphreys started working at Home Instead in 2020. Hannah holds the title of Corporate Director of Service Coordination. The main responsibilities of her position include overseeing daily operations to all our Service Coordinators to ensure all processes run smoothly, efficiently and in order. Hannah also oversees the care of current Medicaid and VA clients, assisting with new Medicaid and VA clients, and coordinating those schedules. Before she joined Home Instead, she was the Office Manager at Arkansas Home Care Assistance. Hannah was born and raised in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Hannah is married to her best friend and lifelong partner. When she is not working, her life is dedicated to her precious daughter Paisley and her very well-loved animals Kitty, Sugar, and Luna. Dani Ward - Corporate Trainer

Having been an advocate for the senior community for over 14 years, Dani brings passion and values to the fore front. She has provided care at many different levels and understands the importance of person-centered support. As Corporate Trainer she is excited about making a difference and continuing to build relationships in her community. She has been a resident of Benton her entire life and values the friendships she has built this far. She enjoys supporting her son, Jaquese, in his high school football career- GO PANTHERS! Lest we forget her fur baby "BoBo", who may indeed believe that he is human.  All in all, Dani is loving and goal oriented and is excited to provide Saline County with the utmost quality care- because "to us it's personal." Austin Flittner - Corporate Director of Recruitment and Engagement

Originally from Evansville, Indiana, Austin attended the University of Southern Indiana and majored in Biology. Austin joined Home Instead in 2021 as the general manager in Fayetteville, AR. He now holds the title of Director of Recruitment and Engagement. His responsibilities include overseeing the recruitment, onboarding, and development of Caregivers into Care Professionals for our offices.  His goal is to make sure that Home Instead has the highest quality Care Professionals in the home care industry.  Before he joined Home Instead, he worked in long-term care facilities.
