Meet Our Team
Owner

Brenda Roediger, Franchise Owner

Brenda graduated with a B.S. in Nursing from the University of Nebraska. She has a long career in nursing working with the elderly and has extensive experience in Alzheimer’s/Dementia. Brenda resides in Centerville, Ohio and has two adult sons.
Brenda opened our Home Instead office in Centerville in 2003. Today the office employs over 170 local residents. Brenda has a strong commitment to serving and helping others and is dedicated to enhancing the lives of those we serve with our dedicated and compassionate CAREGivers.
Owner

David Roediger, Franchise Owner

David joined Brenda in 2003 to start the Home Instead Franchise office in Dayton. David had a long career in Sales and Marketing with local companies NCR, Teradata and Lexis-Nexis before deciding to dedicate his career in providing exceptional care for Seniors in the Greater Dayton Area. David received his B.S. in Marketing from the University of Cincinnati.
Angie Balderson, Client Care Coordinator

Angie Balderson, Client Care Coordinator

Angie joined the Home Instead team in June of 2014 after 16 years of experience in marketing. She decided to work at Home Instead because she wanted to do something that touched people’s lives more deeply. There is such fulfillment in knowing at the end of the day she contributed somehow to increasing the quality of a life. She managed the care of her mother and father for 10 years and knows the importance of wanting the best care possible for those we love the most. Angie's 7 years at Home Instead included time in the Recruitment and Engagement department before transitioning to Client Care. This has given her a special relationship with both our Clients and Caregivers, providing a uniquely compassionate service to our community.

Katherine Faulkner – Office Coordinator

Katherine joined the Home Instead team in January of 2018. She graduated with a B.S. in Organizational Leadership with a Minor in French from Wright State University. She enjoys working with all the departments, caregivers, and clients. She has a background in scheduling and marketing for a local Architecture firm and retail/customer service experience. She developed a passion for working with seniors from personally caring for family members, including her grandmother with Alzheimer’s. She loves spending her time traveling, reading books, dog sitting, and hiking national trails.

Jennifer Weybright – Service Coordinator

Jenn is a part of our Scheduling team. Her role is to manage Caregiver's and Client's schedules. She enjoys this because it varies from day to day and is a challenge. Jenn started with Home Instead in 2020. She has a background in scheduling and customer service, working in health care scheduling for 3 years and as a dispatcher/scheduler at a trucking repair company for several years. Jenn has one son and loves spending her free time going camping and to amusement parks.

Chris Timmons – Recruitment & Engagement Coordinator

Chris graduated with a B.S. degree in Psychology from the University of Cincinnati, focused in Industrial / Organizational Psychology. He began working with Home Instead as a human resources intern during college and accepted a full-time position shortly after graduating. Although he never fully intended pursuing a career in healthcare, he quickly developed a passion working with elderly clients. It has always been important to Chris to pursue meaningful work and serving others with empathy and compassion. He enjoys working in a field where there are many opportunities to meet new people and adapt to different situations. In his free time Chris enjoys traveling. He also loves to hike with his girlfriend and mini goldendoodle Zola!

Emily Corbett-Recruitment & Engagement Coordinator

Emily is a Criminal Justice student pursuing a degree in Social Work. Emily has a passion for working with people and furthering her knowledge of the Senior Care Industry. Emily grew up in the Dayton area, but currently resides in Cincinnati with her four dogs. Emily takes pride in helping with the recruitment process of our CAREGivers at Home Instead. In addition to her primary job functions, Emily is always seeking opportunity to learn and grow. She applies her knowledge every day in her daily routine and makes everyone smile with her bright personality. Prior to joining our team in 2021 Emily worked as a Residential Leader at a Women’s Correctional Facility and enjoyed helping individuals in need.

Zitoni Murenzi – Field Supervisor

Zitoni has worked for Home Instead for 14 years, in New Hampshire and at our Centerville office. She has been a Caregiver, Caregiver Mentor, Ambassador and is currently our Field Supervisor. Previously, Zitoni majored in Office Management and owned family businesses. She enjoyed office work but she found her calling while working for Home Instead. She loves her clients and supporting the Caregivers. She is married with three grown children and 2 handsome little grandchildren.
