Pietro Jordao, Co-Owner
Pietro is from Brazil and grew up in the city of San Paulo. He moved to the United States in 2012 when he was offered a full scholarship to play tennis for Texas A&M Corpus Christi. At the time, Pietro had never been to America and didn’t speak English. He quickly learned English and excelled in college. He graduated in 2016 with a bachelor’s degree in finance and immediately completed his MBA. Pietro met Dillon Rice while both were pursuing their master’s degrees in business administration and the two bonded over their shared perspectives on business and core values. It was Dillon who introduced Pietro to his wife Madeline during their time in graduate school. The two became fast friends who formed a very successful business partnership. Prior to their purchasing the award-winning Home Instead franchise in Victoria, Texas, Pietro worked as a financial analyst for De Tar Healthcare System. Pietro’s passion for senior care is rooted in his love for his grandparents. He is especially close to his grandmother. Prior to his grandfather’s passing, he helped care for them on his breaks from school over a four-year period. His grandmother who still lives in Brazil is no longer self-sufficient and relies on 24-hour care from private caregivers since there is no Home Instead in Brazil. He understands the difficulties faced by seniors and their families. His aptitude for finance coupled with his passion for seniors made Home Instead the perfect choice for him and Dillon as the next chapter in their respective careers. While Pietro has a love of sports, he is most proud of the family he shares with his wife, Madeline. They have a four-year old daughter, Reese Gabriela, named after Pietro’s grandmother, and a 10-month-old son, Mason. It is important to Pietro to provide unparalleled quality care to the seniors in his community to help improve the quality of their lives.
