Being a caregiver to someone with Dementia can take a toll on your physical and mental health. We invite all caregivers to build a support system with people who understand by joining us at the Alzheimer's and Related Dementia Caregiver Support Group. Meetings are held every month and conducted by trained facilitators. It is truly a safe space for people living with dementia and their care partners too.
At these meetings, you will be able to:
- Exchange information about support systems and resources
- Share feelings, needs, and concerns
- Develop a support system with people who truly understand what you're going through
