With almost 30 years of experience, Sharon has worked in both nursing homes and home health, as well as having significant experience in working with individuals with alzheimer's and dementia. Sharon truly enjoys helping people. She has great respsect and and appreciation for elderly clients and all they have accomplished in life. Sharon is willing do whatever it takes to ensure that her clients are able to age at home safely and comfortably. We are honored to have Sharon as a Care Pro and appreciate all her hard work and dedication!

Gail has worked tirelessly for Home Instead for over 12 years. She also does a phenomenal job of running the Emergency Line.
Gail came to home instead with an extensive background in caregiving, Personal care, Alzheimer’s & dementia care, assistive equipment, and much more.
Her work ethic, and willingness to go above and beyond for her clients and their families is astounding. She is always willing to lend an extra hand to another Care Pro who may be struggling. Congratulations to Annie, our Care Professional of the quarter for quarter one! Annie impresses us every day with her ability to be compassionate and reliable. She handles difficult clients with grace and ease. Thank you Annie for making a different in the lives of older adults every day.
Q4 2023 Care Professional of the Quarter: Jenifer
Jenifer comes to Home Instead from Texas with an extensive background in caregiving. She has experience in settings that include home health, nursing homes and private care. She received her CNA at a children’s hospital in Texas. She is a proud mother, grandmother, and advocate for everyone she cares for, including animals. Jen is an avid dog lover with three great danes who she travels with everywhere. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time in the mountains.
Jen is very well versed and skilled in working with clients with various needs. Her knowledge base of alzheimer’s & dementia, personal care, daily companionship etc. have helped her work with many difficult clients throughout her 9 months with Home Instead. She is continuously praised by clients and their families alike for her hard work and dedication.

Bill came to Home Instead with a background in caring for a family member. He is meticulous when it comes to learning about his clients and providing exceptional care. His personality is infectious, and he will go above and beyond to ensure happiness, safety, and well-being for all. He is smart, dedicated, kind and an overall fantastic Care Professional. Q2 2023 Care Professional of the Quarter: Lee S.
For the last 10 months, Lee has proven to be such a valuable asset to the Home Instead team. Before coming to Home Instead, he worked on a cruise ship as a piano player. Lee loved being able to perform and form great connections with people. Outside of work, he loves to do anything involving music. Whether it’s playing, listening, or singing, he’s excited about it. He utilizes those interpersonal skills he built over the years to bond with our clients and their families. Anyone who meets Lee can see that he is a genuine, and caring man with an infectious personality and a lot to offer. His ability to make a connection with any client he comes across is marvelous! Home Instead is truly grateful to have such a kind and dedicated Care Professional like Lee.
