Meet Our Team

Dave came to Home Instead after a career in multiple service industries that had him and his family relocate to various locations in the country. He always desired to settle in Florida because of the beautiful beaches and warm weather. A ten year veteran of the United States Air Force and Air Force Reserve, Dave comes from a family full of military service. Both of his parents as well as both brothers and uncle proudly served this great country.
Dave and his wife April now live in Dade City, along with his 91 year-old mother who he cares for. He has six children and seven grandchildren that live from the east coast to west coast. He is very active in his church and loves to travel and spend time with his grandchildren. Dave has a love for baseball and enjoys the relaxing environment of the game.
Home Instead has been instrumental in allowing Dave and his wife to care for his mother. Serving and caring for others has always been a part of his life from the great example of his mother.

Heather is a Plant City, Florida native and has been in various positions in the healthcare field for several years. She has a passion for helping others, impacting her community, and serving. She decided to join the Home Instead family, getting the opportunity to help the aging population is an immeasurable gift to which she will cherish. When she is not working, she is spending her time with her 3 sons, and watching Alabama Football.

Jennifer joined Home Instead in December of 2022. She has been in the medical field for over 20 years, and has been a Registered Nurse for 16 years. Her nursing experience brings years of working in critical care, hospice and palliative care . She has a passion for patient advocacy and ensuring high standards are met giving quality care. On her off time she enjoys spending time with her husband, twin boys and the many animals she has on their small farm in Dade City .

Kelsey is new to the heath care field, but she has a passion for helping and serving others. She took care of her Father-in-law for almost a year, and it is what made her want to pursue a career in helping others. When Kelsey is not working, she is spending time together with her family.

Natalie started working for Home Instead in Texas in 2019. With a background in ministry over 20 years her heart has always been to serve and love others. Her passion to help others grew stronger when in 2020 her father was diagnosed with terminal cancer and caregiving became even more personal to her. After moving back to Florida and taking some time to grieve the loss of her father she joined our Home Instead family and looks forward to many opportunities to serve families in our community who need the loving care of our Care-Pros, who do such meaningful work and help change lives every day.
