The Home Instead Senior Day Program had a delightful visit from Sara from Hanover, MA's Sing Explore Create. Sara brought a radiant and uplifting energy as she filled our office with song, making for a truly memorable experience.
Sara's musical talents captivated our members. Seniors joined her to make some beautiful music and play some creative games. It was clear that her passion for music therapy positively influenced everyone.
Sing Explore Create is a local organization using music as a tool for therapy and Creative Arts Wellness. They offer private sessions and host events that allow people to experience the therapeutic benefits of music-making and other creative arts activities.
