We had a fantastic time attending the Retirement Connection PeaceHealth Resource Fair. It was a great event, and Home Instead was honored to sponsor and connect with the incredible RNs, Discharge Planners, Case Managers, Social Workers, and other members of the PeaceHealth team who attended.
The Resource Fair provided a great opportunity for vendors and providers to network with hospital case managers, social workers, and discharge planning support staff.
