Say hey to Marjorie Hopper, the Bowling Green March Professional CAREGiver of the Month! Marge came to Bowling Green 4 years ago to be closer to family. Her children and grandchildren moved to the area and she was missing watching them grow up. Caregiving comes naturally to her and this was just an organic step to make it professional. The flexibility of schedule was appealing, but sharing, caring, and showing someone that they have someone to rely on meant more. Coming to Home Instead was, and remains the best decision she has made.
Marge goes above and beyond for her clients. She builds trust and takes the lead daily. She pays attention to the smallest details and makes it an important detail. She takes it personally and is incredibly loyal to clients and their family members. Even when she was without a car for an extended period of time, she looked up the closest route to a bus stop and made her schedules continue to work. There are no excuses with her. If there is a will, there’s a way and the clients feel that from her.
Marge loves her family and loves to spend time doing crafts and playing. If she is not spending time with them, you can find her relaxing and watching a movie. Some of her favorite things include listening to Sam Smith and going to the Dollar Tree. Marge is reliable, lovable, and kind! She is always willing to take the steps to ensure her Client’s needs are met. We are blessed to have Marjorie as part of our Home Instead team and hope she continues her journey with us for years to come.
