In 2014, Lisa joined Home Instead with a wealth of experience from her time working in nursing homes and providing in-home care to seniors. From the start, her dedication to the individuals she cares for has been unwavering. Time and again, she has proven to be a reliable caregiver, not just by filling shifts but by consistently delivering exceptional care to our clients. Lisa has a natural ability to build strong connections with both clients and their families. She is a passionate advocate for Home Instead, often sharing with others how our services can make a difference in helping families keep their loved ones safe and cared for at home.
Recently Lisa's client needed more care to stay home. They needed around-the-clock care to make sure they were safe and well cared for. Lisa went above and beyond during this time. She worked multiple long shifts, sometimes up to 20 hours, to ensure her client could remain at home. Her sacrifices were instrumental, and her leadership shone through as she organized the team and implemented a system for note-taking, scheduling, and vital monitoring. We are proud to nominate Lisa Daily as our Care Professional of the Year. We are deeply grateful for her selflessness, commitment, and the exceptional care she provides to every client.
