"My husband and I decided to try Home Instead-Oak Park for my bedridden 83 year old grandmother. She really wants to be at home however both myself and my husband work. When I had the initial consultation with Richard, we discussed my grandmother’s wants and the care that she currently needs. The caregiver that was sent was exactly what we need for my grandmother. She is a great companion and takes very good care of her. When my husband and I need to get out for a date night, I know I can call Richard and he will have someone here to stay with her. All of the caregivers that have taken care of her are always on time and have the knowledge to make sure she is clean, fed, and also engaged. I strongly recommend Home Instead-Oak Park if you are looking for someone to care for your loved one."

"When I needed temporary care for my 91-year-old mother, I called Home Instead Oak Park. The initial consultation on the phone with Richard was excellent. He took the time to understand exactly what my mother's needs would be and arranged for a meeting in my mother's apartment to meet her caregiver before she started.  Home Instead paired us with a wonderful caregiver who was kind, compassionate and very reliable. She didn't miss a day, even during an intense snowstorm! We had excellent communication facilitated by Tia at the office, who was always available to answer any questions and solve any problems. I'm so grateful for everyone at Home Instead Oak Park. I highly recommend them!"

"My 87-year-old mother fell and fractured her hip.  She had surgery to repair the fracture and wasn't able to get out of bed.  My siblings and I talked to Richard and Tia looking for help to get her the care she needed and to help us by providing caregiving services during the times we couldn't be there. "I have worked with Home Instead OP for over 10 years to take care of an elderly relative who lived alone. 10 years ago, it started with a few hours a day and as years progressed, it became full time live in care. I can not say enough about the care and dedication provided by the management. I live out of state and if urgent situations occurred at the house, management went above and beyond to take care of things and keep me informed. Many of the caregivers over the years became like family. They protected and cared for my relative like member of their own family. My elderly relative wanted to age in her home and with the help of Home Instead OP, we were able to make that happen."

"You could not be in better hands for your loved ones requiring senior care than the folks at Home Instead Senior Care (Oak Park, IL) office.  My family cannot say enough good things about the owner/ Managing Director Richard Harrison and his team!  Our Dad had a massive stroke which left him bedridden, for which we were totally unprepared and unknowledgeable about his continuing home care.  Richard Harrison and his team were lifesavers for our family - they educated us, and then were with us every step of the way in providing guidance and home care.  I don’t know what we would have done without their guidance & support until my father eventually passed away at age 92.  Your loved ones could not be in better hands - my family and I highly recommend them!"
