Meet Our Team

Kunwar is the owner of Home Instead Senior Care agency in New Jersey. He serves the community from his Hamilton office across Mercer, Middlesex and Southwest Monmouth counties.

Kunwar has two Master's degrees and 20 years of experience in financial industry. Before joining Home Instead, Kunwar focused on his job which allowed him to climb the the corporate ladder, however, it did not reward him emotionally. He started his search for a career or business that allowed him to have a positive impact on the community. Kunwar's wife, Kuleen, has a corporate job in a well-known multi-national firm. She also shares Kunwar's passion to build and nurture the community they are part of.

What brought this couple closer to reality and gave them clarity on the challenges of aging family members and CareGivers was their experience with their own families. Kunwar's dad and Kuleen's mother were bed ridden in hospitals and their own homes for several months. It was during that time, the CareGivers were god sent. Those Caregivers not just provided the care their parents needed, they also provided relief to rest of the family who was dealing with great emotional stress during the time. While caring for your loved ones is the number one priority of their business, both Kunwar and Kuleen talk with a lot of compassion for their CareGiver team. It is not an easy job, they say. CareGivers have to take on many roles such as being a friend, helper, listener, transporter, chess buddy, or cook. They take great pride in having an excellent team inhouse to serve those who need the most.

Other than work, this lovely couple loves to spend time with their two little kids by hiking, biking, swimming, and participating in outdoor events. Kunwar, an endurance triathlete having completed Iron Man and multiple marathons, also loves to train his daughter for triathlon races.
