With a robust background in senior-level Human Resources Management and Consulting, Mindy recognized a growing need for elderly care in her community and has made it her personal and professional mission to empower seniors to age in place with the dignity and support they deserve.

Mindy and her family reside in Duncansville, where she actively engages in community service and wholeheartedly supports her sons' sporting activities. Her passion for animals is evident through her three furry companions, who frequently visit the Home Instead office, fostering a warm and welcoming environment for both clients and caregivers.

Nicole, affectionately known as 'Niki,' has been a valued member of the Home Instead team since March 2023. She is a passionate and dedicated individual, always eager to expand her knowledge and make a positive impact on the lives of those in her community and workplace. As a mother of four, Niki is no stranger to the fast-paced demands of the home care field, where time and compassion are crucial. On a personal level, she intimately understands the vital role that Home Instead plays in the lives of clients and their families. After a serious illness, Niki's mother was released to come home, but her family couldn't provide the round-the-clock care she needed. The sense of security and relief that Niki and her family felt when CAREpros entered their home to provide care is an experience that has left an indelible mark on her. It's a feeling she is committed to imparting to other families and clients in their time of need, driven by a deep and personal understanding of the significance of quality home care.

We welcome Dusty as the newest member of our team. Dusty was an RN for many years before entering the private sector in both sales and management.

Barb has been with Home Instead Senior Care since 2012, and oversees the complicated process of coordinating client and CAREGiver schedules. Barb also works with Accounts Receivable and On-Call activities. Because of her strong belief in the Home Instead motto, "To us, it's personal," Barb was instrumental in establishing the "Share Your Heart" program, which encourages clients, family members, or fellow employees to catch our CAREGivers going above and beyond to provide excellent care. This can be anything that makes a special impact on the client or their family - from acting quickly in a life-saving situation, to simply taking the time and initiative to do something especially meaningful for the client.

Linda began her career with Home Instead Senior Care as a CAREGiver for 1.5 years before joining the office staff in January 2016, where she works in scheduling to coordinate client and CAREGiver schedules. Linda's experience as a CAREGiver gives her unique insight into the scheduling concerns of both CAREGivers and clients. She is dedicated to helping keep seniors in their homes and to giving families peace of mind.
