Home Instead is proud to congratulate our latest group of graduates who have completed their training program. We believe in nurturing and equipping our caregivers with the skills and knowledge needed to provide the best home care in Morris County, NJ. These dedicated individuals not only completed their training but did so with the full support of Home Instead, which covered all training costs and offered compensation throughout.
Our rigorous training program includes 60 hours of comprehensive coursework conducted online. Graduates are required to dedicate 15 hours per week for four weeks to this online training. Additionally, there are four mandatory weekly live classes, each lasting four hours, held at our office. The fifth week includes 16 hours of live, hands-on clinical skills training at our office, overseen by our nurse, and completed over two consecutive days. We're pleased to reward our trainees with $600 for their dedication and effort during this 5-6 week training period.
