Anne Peters, Franchise Business Owner
Anne is our Franchise Business Owner. She began her career with Home Instead Inc. at the home office in Omaha, NE, in 2004. In 2008, she and her husband, Troy, purchased the Polk Co. franchise. Anne is dedicated to fostering a culture of leadership, promoting Home Instead in the community, and organizing community service projects. She is passionate about raising awareness in the Des Moines area about senior issues, challenges, and needs. Anne currently serves on the Board of the Iowa Center for Home Care. Her dedication and passion has been recognized as Home Instead's first Franchisee of the Year recipient in 2024.
Becky Weaver, Home Care Consultant/Office Manager
Becky is our Home Care Consultant/Office Manager. Her role is to bring in new clients and work closely with them to ensure all their needs are met. She is also responsible for Care Professional screening and educating and training Care Professional's. Becky comes to us with senior care experience. She was a nursing assistant and Clinical Technician at the University of Iowa Hospital for 14 years prior to joining Home Instead in 2019. Becky lives in Wilton with her husband, Aaron, and their 5 children. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and watching her kids play sports.
Theresa Woodford, Service Coordinator
Theresa is our Service Coordinator. Theresa is responsible for interviewing and orienting new Care Professionals. Theresa also is responsible for managing our client and Care Professional schedules to ensure that each client receives quality service that exceeds their expectations. Theresa joined our Home Instead family in September 2021. Theresa enjoys spending time with her children in her free time.
