Our team at Home Instead of Sierra Madre is always excited about new senior events and activities to support elders and families in our communities. We recently attended the First Annual Senior Symposium at Memorial Park, A new senior-focused event, and we are incredibly excited to share how it went.
The City of Sierra Madre Senior Commission invited seniors and their families, alongside the Convalescent Aid Society and various expert exhibitors to attend. At our booth, we connected with many incredible individuals at different stages of their aging journey and discussed how Home Instead is providing the best home care in Sierra Madre, CA.
The symposium also featured live music, group fitness sessions like chair yoga and Zumba, and a free coffee bar for all participants. It offered a wonderful opportunity for attendees to explore local wellness providers and services that could support them throughout the entire aging journey.
