Holly & Curt Foust, Owners

Our families live and work in Denver, CO, so we're invested in our community on a very personal level. And we believe every family in the area deserves individualized in-home senior care with a compassionate touch. That's why we established Home Instead® of Denver, CO.

Barbara, Quality Assurance Manager and RN

Barbara is our registered nurse on staff.  She manages various aspects of our Care Pro and Client operations including onboarding, Care Pro engagement and evaluation, payroll, billing, and the long-term care insurance programs that are serving our clients.   She also assists with scheduling. She started her career with Home Instead as a Professional Caregiver in 2011.

Mary, Care Operations Manager

Mary is a Certified Nursing Assistant with experience caring for hospice, dementia, Parkinson’s, Huntington’s, and transitional care clients.  As our Care Operations Manager, Mary oversees our care management team which includes onboarding new clients, regular quarterly visits with our clients to ensure quality care, and ensuring our clients' care plans are up to date and address the current care needs. In addition to performing and documenting quality assurance visits, Mary conducts client and new caregiver introductions. When she isn’t working, Mary enjoys cooking, gardening, and spending time with her husband and their three fur babies!

Sarah, Client Care Manager

As a Client Care Manager, Sarah conducts regular quarterly visits with our clients to ensure quality care and update client assessments and care needs. In addition to performing and documenting quality assurance visits, Sarah onboards new clients and conducts client and new caregiver introductions. She started her career with Home Instead as a Care Professional in 2012.

Wendi

Wendi, Home Care Consultant / Business Development

Wendi joined our team in October 2024.  She is a native Coloradoan, born in Greeley, and raised in Colo. Springs. Her family lived in the Vail Valley for 23 years before moving back to the front range. Wendi worked for Dignity Hospice for six years, starting as a Volunteer Coordinator but ultimately becoming its Community Outreach Coordinator.  Wendi also has a yoga and meditation practice and loves to hike, cross country ski, swim and do biking adventures. She also enjoys traveling and embracing other cultures and people. 

Alex - Recruiter/ HR Manager

Alex joined our team in September of 2024. Alex has a background in healthcare and Human Resources. She manages the hiring and onboarding process to bring in high quality Care Professionals. Alex knows how important it is to hire Care Professionals that care and want to make a difference. She also assists with Care Pro engagement.

Jane, Quality Assurance Coordinator

Jane has been with Home Instead Denver North since 2014 when she started out as a Care Professional. She was recognized very early for her outstanding caregiving and professionalism and was nominated as our Care Professional of the Year in 2015! Jane became our Quality Assurance Coordinator in 2018 reaching out to new Care Pros and conducting assessment reviews and in-depth individualized training to help them prepare for their first shifts. Jane’s professional past has led her to her career with us today. She started out as a Certified Veterinary Technician running a veterinary operating room and training vet tech students as well. For over 10 years she and her husband volunteered as puppy raisers for guide dogs who serve the blind raising over a dozen puppies! When a couple of those dogs retired and became her own, she began taking her dogs to local hospitals working with the physical, occupational, and recreation therapists providing animal assisted therapy. Over the years, Jane has also worked as a photographic artist, enjoys gardening and spending time with her grandchildren.

Vickie 1

Vickie, Training Coordinator

Vickie conducts our new Care Professional Orientation and Training Programs as well as our Hospice Training Program. In addition to her training responsibilities, Vickie also represents us for Quality Assurance Visits as well as being an active Care Pro. Vickie is passionate about providing dedicated and superior care to our seniors since 2011! She refers to her clients as her “sweetheart seniors” and she ensures that our trainees are knowledgeable and prepared when it comes to caring for clients in their homes. Vickie enjoys her grandchildren, gardening, and making candies and other goodies.
