Eligibility
Who is eligible for Meals on Wheels? Individuals who:
- Are 60 years of age or older
- Live in Fremont, Union City, or Newark, CA
- Are unable to shop for food or prepare meals for themselves
- Do not receive help from a reliable caregiver
