During Case Manager Appreciation Week, we took the time to celebrate and recognize the professionals who work tirelessly to ensure patients receive the best care possible. Case managers play an important role in coordinating care and advocating for patients. At Home Instead, we know how important these people are, so we wanted to show our gratitude by visiting local hospitals to thank them.
This week wouldn’t have been possible without the support of Retirement Connection and their initiative, Care Availability. They are a premier resource for boomers, seniors, and the providers who care for them. Retirement Connection offers a complete package of resources through print, a website, and networking opportunities. You can learn more about the incredible work they do on their website.
We’re so grateful to everyone who contributed to this project and made Case Manager Appreciation Week a success. As we strive to provide the best home care in Portland, OR, we will continue to build strong relationships with those who help our community thrive.
