September 2021 CAREGiver of the Month – Emmalinda Zantua
We are very pleased and proud to select Emmalinda Zantua as our CAREGiver of the month for September 2021.
Emma has been working as a CAREGiver for 14 years. “I started this work to serve my clients with joy and compassion. I love my job.”
Emma has been working with her client, Norma, for about 4 years. When I spoke with Emma and Norma, it was obvious that they have a close communication and compatibility between them. Norma said she loves working with Norma because “She so funny. I like helping look beautiful for the day, as we do different things in apartment in the towers here.” They go for 11am daily exercise at and Emma helps Norma stay on schedule. Socializing with others is a regular thing for the two.
Norma was glad to sing Emma’s praises, “Emma is very, very good. She helps me do whatever I want to do. She smiles all the time and is never cranky. Helps me into the chair and wheels me everywhere I want to go in the apartment building. She is a calming person when I get upset. I like her very much and believe she deserves to be the caregiver of the Month.”
Emma’s punctuality lets the client know that she is steady and trustworthy. Her sunny personality makes for great companionship for Norma. Her steady help is there every step of the way!
