Key Player Core Value Award - September 2022

Rebecca Mach has been nominated for September’s Core Value of Encourage Growth in Ourselves and Others. Rebecca is our Controller and has been with Home Instead for 4 years. She has encouraged her team to take on new responsibilities and learn new tasks. Her team has developed new skills that will allow them to grow with the company. She has experienced growth herself as she has taken on new responsibilities in her role!

Rebecca is quiet but has a great sense of humor! She often sends a funny meme or joke as her “daily chuckle” for you. She’s an asset to our team!

Regina Stinson-Burks has been nominated for September’s Core Value of Encouraging Growth in Ourselves and Each Other. Regina has been with us since 2015 and does an amazing job taking care of her clients. She helped one of her clients discover a book that provides spiritual encouragement and the knowledge of faith that the client was inquiring about learning. This was new and exciting for the client! Regina has been helpful in encouraging her client to learn more and helps provide the tools needed for it. The client’s family has stated Regina has been such a huge blessing and we couldn’t agree more!
