The Core Value for the month of August is to Treat Each Other with Dignity and Respect. Nina Smith has been nominated as the Key Player demonstrating this Core Value! Nina is our Intake Coordinator and has been with us since December 2021. Nina is always kind, courteous and respectful to everyone she interacts with here at Home Instead. Her smile and friendly demeanor radiate through the phone regardless of who she is speaking with. She is delightful to be around, and we are lucky to have her on our team! |

The Core Value for the month of August is to Treat Each Other with Dignity and Respect. Lillie Ingram has been nominated as the Care Pro demonstrating this Core Value! Lillie has been with Home Instead serving our clients since 2016. Lillie cares for a client that has moderate dementia. Lillie understands this disease and her client very well. Sometimes her client will want to go for a drive when feeling restless. Without missing a beat, Lillie will pretend they are going for a drive until her client feels calm again. Lillie treats her with compassion, dignity, and respect by stepping into her client’s world. Lillie is such a blessing to her client, client’s family and Home Instead. |
