2022 Caregiver of the Year Award Winner - Michael
Home Instead is excited to announce that Micheal Weber has been selected as our Caregiver of the Year for 2022! Micheal was also a finalist for the 2022 Caregiver of the Year for the Home Care Association of America.
Micheal came on board with Home Instead Louisville in 2021 and has built strong relationships with each of her clients. She goes above and beyond to ensure her clients are safe and well-cared for. When one of her client’s air conditioners went out this past summer, Micheal purchased fans so that the client would be more comfortable. She helps this client locate resources to benefit her quality of life and helps her to make the most of each day by staying on top of all her ADLs.
Micheal supports all of her clients tremendously but there is one in particular that has become like family. Micheal attends this client’s art shows, brings her to church and invites her to join in on all her family get togethers.
Micheal has a genuine heart for caring for others and is dedicated to her profession. She is attentive, energetic, and dependable.
