Alzheimer’s affects countless families, bringing challenges to seniors and families throughout our community. That’s why the Home Instead of Sarasota team was proud to support the 2024 Walk to End Alzheimer’s at Nathan Benderson Park. This annual event raises awareness and funds for Alzheimer’s care, support, and research.
Everyone who registered chose flowers in the Promise Garden to represent their connection to the cause:
- Blue: Living with Alzheimer’s or dementia
- Purple: Lost someone to the disease
- Yellow: Caring for someone with Alzheimer’s
- Orange: Supporting the vision of a world without Alzheimer’s
With beautiful weather and inspiring people, the day was a celebration of hope. As we strive to provide the best home care in Sarasota, FL, we will continue to work alongside organizations like the Alzheimer's Association that support seniors and adults throughout our community and beyond.
