Grace joined Home Instead as a Care Professional in 2021! Since joining the team, she shared, “Helping people and getting to put a smile on their face” is simply the best part of her job. With her experience, she brings to Home Instead dementia and hospice experience. In the time Grace has worked with Home Instead, she has worked with a variety of different clients, more recently, has taken on a 24-hour client.
If she could give another Care Professional advice, she would say, “Always be patient, you can’t do this job without it!” By loving what she does and demonstrating compassion to every client she helps, Grace continues to make an impact daily.
